This role will be a member of the management team in itemku, and will influence the people programs and products to support and engage approximately 25 members and more bigger team in multiple countries soon. Interview Process: 1. Submit Complete CV with Portfolio of the HR project or experience that been managed. Need to be detail on the achievements/milestone 2. Email interview (we will send several question and simple test regarding the CV and his/her portfolio) 3. Online math test (30 minutes) and skype Interview (around 5 minutes) 4. Math Test Assessment (1 and half hour) and Offline Interview (around 1 hour) Job Responsibilities: - Training: company culture specially growth hacking culture to new member - Recruiting: develop recruiting channel, 1st filter in some division - Contract: Managing and extend contract base on law of labor - HR Development: take care all members with open mind Job Duties: - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Most ideal candidates for us: - Under 35 years old - 3+ years experience of HR job in same company: We will reject candidate who moved company many times. - 2+ years experience of HR job in IT or startup company. - Strong knowledge in English, mathematics and logical thinking. - Digital/ online HR experience is an advantage, in order to understand and manage the nuances in building and executing programs, and driving the culture for a consumer focused business. - A BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred. - A Hardcore Gamer who have strong knowledge about a game would be a plus.
